  1. Service Not Delivered: If for some reason you do not receive the service you paid for within the promised delivery timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Service Errors: If the service delivered has significant discrepancies from the agreed-upon requirements or demonstrates clear errors, we will first attempt to correct the issue. If we are unable to rectify the problem, a partial or full refund may be provided.
  3. Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your service request within 24 hours of placing the order, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a handling fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. Revision Limit: Each service comes with a predefined number of revisions. If you have exhausted the allowed revisions and are still unsatisfied, additional services may be provided at a discounted rate, but a refund will not be possible.
  5. Communication: We request that customers communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction directly and promptly to our customer service team. This helps us address issues faster and serves our commitment to continuous improvement.
  6. Non-refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:
    • If the dissatisfaction arises due to changes made by the client after the final delivery.
    • If the client does not provide necessary feedback or required materials/information within a reasonable timeframe, causing project delays or delivery issues.
  7. Refund Process: All refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.
  8. Refund Requests: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order details, reasons for refund, and any relevant supporting documents or explanations.
  9. Amendments: Pixel Pulse reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website and will be effective immediately.
